SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing Time: We try to take care with every order no matter big or small. Confirmed orders will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days. We will do our best to ship your order within 24 hours on a business day. If you have ordered personalized items, this will require an additional 48 hours.

RETURN POLICY
Items purchased from the Remember Nguyen website cannot be exchanged or returned at any retail locations.
We strive for high quality in our garments and accessories so we gladly reimburse or exchange any item returned with defect as a result of manufacturer error not as a result of normal wear and tear.
Return or exchange of unused items may be done within 14 calendar days from your delivery date for an exchange or refund. Merchandise returned after 14 days will not be accepted.
Holiday items are considered final sales after the date of the holiday.
Monogrammed items are not returnable.
Final Sale on all clearance items.

for a return authorization code. The return authorization code must be written on your packing slip and included in the package with the return. The return authorization code must also be clearly printed on the outside of the package (example, RA #25).
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE IS REQUIRED ON THE PACKING SLIP AND ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR PACKAGE FOR ALL RETURNS.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within approximately seven (7) business days upon receipt of your merchandise. Refunds and exchanges will be made in the form of original payment. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

Merchandise that is returned as a result of refused delivery or an abandoned package will be subject to a 35% restocking fee and all shipping charges.
