A: Yes, we will be happy to help you place an order by phone during our regular business hours. Simply call (985)732-0473 Monday through Thursday, from 9:00am until 5:00pm or Friday, from 9:00am to 12:00pm Central Time.


Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Right now we offer secure online payment by credit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.


Q: Where do you ship?

A: We ship throughout the USA routinely. If you have an international order, we're more than happy to do so and will provide you with a shipping quote as quickly as possible. Please email us at info@remembernguyen.com.


Q: Do you have a catalog?

A: No, we do not carry a print catalog. You can contact us for a store near you that carries Remember Nguyen items for purchase.


Q: How do I track my order?

A: You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped.


Q: How can I cancel my order?

A: As we try to satisfy our customers and to ship the order the same day it has been placed; orders must be cancelled within ONE HOUR of placing your order. We will cancel your order provided it has not already been processed or shipped.
